Greta and Jackson are my original characters, but I don't own CSI or Elena Of Avalor.
Happy Birthday to my nephew!
And please read and review my past stories, particularly Toes In The Sand. I really like that one. :)
This is inspired by a video I first saw a few years ago, and I thought it would be a cool Greta story. Hope you enjoy...and pretty please review!
Greta Sanders was a happy baby. She loved getting to spend time with her family and friends, just like her brother Jackson.
One afternoon, Morgan took Greta to a birthday party for one of her friends. The baby girl loved playing with her friends, and happily sang and babbled in her own language as Morgan drove home.
When they pulled up in the driveway, Greta waved and smiled at her father and brother. Greg kissed Morgan and went to get Greta from the back seat. "You have a good time at Joe's party?" Greg asked Greta.
Before he could pull her from her car seat, Greta began babbling to her daddy. "Ah baba daba! Ah dada da ba baba! Ah ba mama." Greta looked at Greg like she expected him to understand what she was saying.
Greg smiled at his baby girl. "Really?"
"Baba ba ba da!" Greta said.
Jackson giggled. "She wants to talk to you!"
Morgan smiled at Greta. "Did you tell your daddy you saw Luke and Molly?"
"Ah baba bee!" Greta said as if she were saying I was just getting to that, mama! Greta smiled at her father. "Ah bee baba dabee!"
"Wow!" Greg said with a warm smile as Greta babbled away.
"Ah luba dub baba bee dada da!" Greta continued to babble like she was telling her father and brother all about seeing her friends and the birthday party.
"And did you tell daddy you played with Luke and Joe and Molly?" Morgan asked Greta. The baby girl giggled and looked at her brother and father. "Ba abadada!" She said with a smile.
Jackson couldn't help but giggle as his sister babbled away. "Sounds like you had a good time, Greta!"
"Baba ba da ma!" Greta squealed. She smiled at her brother.
Greg smiled at his two children. "Did Joe like his present?" he asked Greta. Morgan and Jackson had picked out a toy drum for Greta's friend.
"Mm-hmm," Morgan said. "She and Joe and their friends had a little baby band going." Morgan smiled as Greta waved her arms like she was conducting music. Greg smiled, thinking of how Jackson loved to do the same thing when he was little
Jackson smiled at his sister. "Hey, Greta? Can you sing that song we learned on Elena of Avalor?"
Greta smiled at her brother. "Ah baba daba dada bee da dee dada ba!" She shouted.
Greg and Morgan smiled warmly at the sight of their two children singing and Greta babbling away like she was telling her brother and father all about her friend's birthday party and playing with everyone there.
"Ah da baba da dada," Greta said.
"Sounds like you had a great time," Greg said as he gently brushed Greta's hair with his hand.
"Dada dada da!" Greta said with a big smile. Jackson simply giggled. "She had a great time," Jackson said.
Morgan and Greg smiled at their children. "She sure did," Morgan said. Greg smiled at his daughter. "Yep. And she told us all about it."
The End
