A/N: Sequel to Football Fever, last week's drabble
Dean lay in bed next to Lisa and thought back to how proud he felt watching Ben throw the football in a perfect spiral for the winning touchdown that evening. All their practicing after school had paid off. He was moved up to first string and he was taking one of the cheerleaders to the school dance coming up. Lisa stirred against his side and moved a hand on to his stomach. He smiled. He never pictured himself actually living the apple pie life but here he was and to tell the truth, he was enjoying every minute of it.
Part 2
Sam spared a glance at his injured brother as he rushed down the road. When his eyes found the highway again, he thanked his lightning fast reflexes for allowing him to swerve to the side before he killed them in a head on collision while on his way to the hospital to treat Dean's stomach wound. Normally, he would just patch him up back at the motel using whatever they could find in their extremely extensive first aid kit but this was different. This wound wasn't going to just go away with some booze and some stitches. They needed help.
