The Bookworm And The Serpent
There once was a worm
Who always had her head in a book
Always in the top of her class
But from afar with slits in his eyes
Hissing ever so quietly at the unsuspecting worm
Lies a serpent a snake waiting for the right time to strike
Despite hurling insults and looking down on her
And the rest of her kin before the ill fated war at Hogwarts began
This beautiful brown haired brown eyed beauty charmed her way
Into my heart making me somewhat change my mind and heart
About what a Gryffindor bookworm really means
Somehow I charmed her but I don't know how
I am a Slytherin a snake I am not suppose to fall in love with the enemy
But whatever charm this Gryffindor bookworm used
She has taken my love for her and our love for each other
And documented our love within its pages
All the while using my heart as her personal bookmark
