Yuuki slowed to a walk. She bowed her head and hung her shoulders. She hated it when she found day class girls out at night when they should be in their dorm. It was hard enough dealing with the day class girls when the night class left the dorm. It was too much of a struggle.
Recently she had been so tired that no matter what she did it was impossible for her to stay awake around the clock. The chairman didn't seem to realise that she needed a day off. Even Yuri had noticed.
She tried to take a step but instead she fell to her knees from pure exhaustion. Hands in her lap she knelt there drifting off to sleep.
On the other side of the school yard Zero was leaned against a tree. His duties were so much easier, all of the day class were afraid of him and he had his bloody rose for the members of the night class. He opened his eyes and saw Yuuki collapse on the ground. He ran as fast as could over there. Yuuki had to be ok; he would never forgive himself otherwise.
He reached her, put his hand gently on her shoulder and knelt in front of her. He bowed his head and their foreheads touched.
"Yuuki, are you alright?" he used his other hand to brush her hair out of her eyes; Zero stared straight into her eyes. Yuuki was crying. Zero brushed the tears away with his thumb. He cared so much for Yuuki. She could tell, to most people he was a terrifying block of ice. But the way he held Yuuki was so caring. Every time he touched her he was so gentle, Zero transformed into a completely different person he became an amazing man, flawless. But only with Yuuki. The breeze picked up and they were surrounded by a whirlwind, cutting them off from the rest of the world. Zero leant forward a kissed her. The whole world stopped as they did. When Yuuki broke off she hugged him.
"I will always love you, Zero." Yuuki was ecstatic from there latest kiss. Her entire body tingled with a sensation of pleasure. Zero had been at the academy for four years and they had been dating for the past month. Yuuki had always wanted to mean something to Zero and now she did. Just that made her happy.
Zero chuckled she was ok.
"And I will always love you." He gave her a quick kiss. Then he stood up, bent down and scooped his little girlfriend up. He began to carry her to her room.
Kaname stood at the classroom window. He had just witnessed the scene between Yuuki and Zero. He frowned as he realised that he would have to take care of Zero now. It made him angry to see him with her like that.
