Lois woke up it was the first day of high school she was excited she was going to try out for the cheerleaders her mother and father had tried to convince her not to go through with it because of her condition but she would do what she wanted to do. "Lois your going to be late for school" she looked to her bed side alarm clock it showed in red neon letters 8:30 her bell went at 8:50 she had only 20 minutes to get to school.
She raced to get some clothes on then have a shower she was tipping on to ten minutes when she came down for breakfast. "I'm going to be late" she checked the clock 9 minutes "why don't you run Lois" she turned to her dad and mom and she took off at super speed she was at school just as the school bus arrived. Chloe Sullivan Lois's best friend walked towards her "you were at school fast" "yeah my dad dropped me off so how's the media queen today". Chloe just smiled "I'm fine though I don't know where my crown is" they started to laugh when Pete came toward them "what's so funny" Chloe looked to him "It's a girl thing" "if I had a penny for every time I heard that I would be a millionaire" they turned the corner and they saw Lex Lang the star quarter back of smallville crows.
"Dreaming of you and lex together" she just gave Chloe a narrowing glance "I would but he's not my type" they laughed cause they knew deep inside that she liked him very much but she was to shy to ask him out
