Summary: Hermione has loved Ron for a long time and when she admits to him, he doesn't return the feelings. So in being in a bad mood, she turns like that until she meets someone else. Who is that someone?

Hermione's POV

I really wish that my best friend could see that I like him. He was really really blind. I have lost count of how many hints that I have given him in the last month. I am just so tired of this.

*Harry and Ron are in the common room*

Harry's POV

C'mon mate, how can you not see that Hermione and you are not meant for each other?

Ron's POV

Do you really think so? Well if you are soo sure of yourself then I will go out on a date and we will see how that goes.

*Later that Day*

Still Ron's POV

Hey Hermione, would you like to go out with me? It doesn't have to be today or tomorrow but it can be sometime later.

Yea, but don't we already do that every other weekend?

Yea, but I meant just the two of us.

Sure then.

*Hermione and Ron are in Hogsmeade two weeks later*

This is nice, we should do this more often.

Yea, hey Hermione, I know this is kind of sudden but I don't think so since we known each other since we were basically 11, but I love you and I have since 3rd year.

Ummm…that's not sudden at all …But the truth is that I feel the same way about you.

Really that's a relief…Now that I have that recorded I can give it to Harry and get that new Chudley Cannons figure that I wanted.

*She storms away leaving Ron in front of the shrieking shack*

*She goes back to the school and when she enters the common room she is immediately found by Ginny who goes on to comfort her*

It's okay Hermione you will find other boys that are much better than my b******* of a brother. Though I will be writing to my mother about this.

Thanks Ginny though it probably won't affect him as much as you hope, but whatever I am going to bed, see you in the morning.
