Larxene had never liked any of the members of the Organization, aside from Axel, that is. She wasn't sure what she liked about him. Maybe it was his fiery red hair, or his mesmerizing teal eyes. Whatever it was, she didn't care. Her feeling for Axel didn't matter much anyway.
Axel didn't like her. She knew, for she always saw how Axel would approach Roxas from behind and embrace the younger male. "I like you. You know that?" He would always repeat the phrase to the scrawny blonde, whose only response to that was to lean against Axel, while placing his hands upon Axel's arm.
Larxene wanted so badly to experience the warmth of Axel's embrace, like Roxas had each and every day. She had impulsively, and purposely fell right into Axel's arms. She would peer up, looking into his eyes. The red head merely smiled maliciously as he pulled her away at arms length.
"I don't like you." He carelessly dropped those words to her. It felt as if Axel had reached within her body and pulled out her stomach. (Seeing as "pulling out her heart" seemed cliché to her and illogical, considering how she had none to begin with.) The blow of his words caused quite a shock. It felt as if she had lost her footing and she was falling, falling, falling...until a pair of hands saved her from the descent.
Looking up she found her blue eyes meeting up with another pair of blue. The dirty blonde haired man smiled down at Larxene, uttering words she hadn't expected to hear.
Especially from him.
"I like you Larxene."
She hadn't expected to be liked by anyone, that it was invigorating to hear Demyx's voice. Larxene opened her mouth, replying to his words all too calmly.
"But I don't like you."
A/N: This was supposed to be nice and fluffy, but nooo...
