Rhyme could feel the rhythm of Shibuya beneath her feet.
It filled her, expanding her lungs and moving her limbs. She swayed to the buzz of voices, music filling her body despite the sounds of the city, both visible and hidden.
Her feet pounded the pavement, tennis shoes slamming into the concrete as she whirled about, body jerking and shifting, moves both erratic and choreographed. She was a mess of spiritual energy, thrumming in the form of a teenage girl.
This was her city, her beat and the music of the life she lead within Shibuya filled her spirit.
