Indigo was walking through the town as he searched for his sister who had run off while he wasn't looking. He was growing worried since the forest had demons hidden among the tree's as you drew closer inward.
Sadly his sister had a knack for forests and was good at hiding in the shadows. Her black hair blended in and he was lucky the sun was still well up in the sky. "KYOKO!" He called out, the name echoed through the air.
After he didn't earn a reply he kept walking and calling for his sister. Then he heard her voice.
"I'm Kyoko. Who are you?" The words made Indigo stop and worry, what if it was a demon talking to his little sister. Kyoko was always telling him about ghosts and stories she would hear them tell.
"Light, that's a funny name. Your friend is named Wind? That's pretty."
Indigo quickly hurried over to the clearing where his sister stood, light cascaded through the tree's. Kyoko turned to look at her brother, flowers held in one hand.
"Who are you talking to?" Indigo asked, he didn't see anyone.
"Light and Wind." She stated and slid her smaller hand into his bigger one. They began to walk back when Kyoko said, "Did you know that in the next life you will be called Gil, I'll be Figi, and your friend Jem will be called Bierrez?"
"What are you talking about, and why would my name be Gil? Such a weird name."
"I think it's cool and you'll be a Dragon Knight and Jem will be a Dragon Officer!" Kyoko added happily.
"What about you?" Indigo asked, he didn't really believe the nonsense his sister was sprouting but he might as well play along for the moment.
"You'll both be demons, good demons though. But when you were a bad one you killed me." Kyoko stated, her tone not carefree anymore.
"Don't joke about demons. You know their evil and dangerous." Indigo scolded as he felt suddenly cold. The words she spoke sounded right, like it would happen.
