A noble warrior
fallen from grace
surrounded
by comrades.
solemn silence
as the warrior's
honour is salvaged.
a blade, sharp and
cruel
cuts across.
Seppuku.
An old king, whose
hair is grey as
the sky, whose
line of
succession
is as bare
as the bones
of the dead.
As he soon
shall be.
