She flicked a small bug off her blue outfit. Walking down the alleyway in
Chinatown, the sun was just setting, and shops had begun to close for the
day. Chun Li looked around, walking faster.
"Now where is that…" She murmured. She walked around a corner, which led to a dirt road. Picking up her pace to a run, she sped into a nearby grove of trees off the side of the road. She looked around carefully, she saw no one.
"Hmph…she's late," Chun Li shrugged. "Probably got scared off, foolish twit…I should've known better…" She turned, tossing a small wadded up paper onto the ground. She rubbed it into the dirt with the toe of her white- laced boots, then began to leave. "Pathetic…" She mumbled.
A flash of metal whizzed through the air and missed her foot by mere inches. Chun Li looked down in surprise. "What the--?" A sharp metal throwing star was stabbed directly into the little wad of paper. She turned around just in time to see the cloaked figure land smoothly onto the floor. The woman pulled back the hood on her cloak and looked up.
"Sorry I'm late…" She said coolly. "Lets just say…I had some unfinished business to take care off." Chun Li smirked.
"I figure you'd chickened out."
"Spare me," she flung her cloak off, revealing her black ninja outfit. "You know you're going to lose…"
"Believe what you will, if it'll make losing easier for you." Chun Li grinned.
"Alright then, Chun Li, enough talk. Let's end it here and now. You know, as well as I, we both have a reputation on us, but of course…one of us will…lose it today." The young ninja woman laughed. Chun Li stepped back and shifted into her fighting stance. "Prepare to lose Ibuki."
