-I do not own Naruto or any of its characters-
Hinata walked aimlessly through the forest, trudging through three feet of snow. Icy cold tears poured down her face as she walked; she was just rejected by Naruto. It had been about two months after the battle against Pein, two months after she, not only saved Naruto but, also confessed her love for him. But unfortunately he did not feel the same; instead he was in love with Sakura.
But that was not the worst of her problems; her father died and she could not become the head of the Hyuga clan. Unfortunately her uncle had pointed out that she was a woman and could not become head, unless she married. Her uncle took the position of head and decided to have Hinata and Neji marry. Neji was also displeased with the situation; he claims that Hinata is weak and there for, does not want to marry her.
And then there was Sakura; the pink haired kunoichi had beaten poor Hinata senseless. Sakura claims that Hinata was trying to steal Naruto away from her. Tsuande honestly didn't give a damn about Hinata and took Sakura's side. And where's Naruto through all this, you ask? He's just sitting on the sidelines watching like the fool he is.
"Why me?" Hinata sobbed as she fell to her knees. Her body fell into the snow as she finally gave up. The snow started to freeze her body as she laid there. Soon she lost feeling in her hands and feet. She closed her eyes as she thought about her life.
"I don't love you like that, Hinata." Naruto had said. "It's pretty pathetic that you wasted your time on one man." Sakura had sneered. "You're a pathetic weakling. You don't deserve to be a kunoichi." Neji had reminded. These and many more voice floated through her mind as she lost consciousness.
A man that looked to be in his twenties walked through the forest and came to the seventeen year old. He had pale skin, long black hair, and purple snake-like markings around his eyes; he could only be Orochimaru, the snake sannin. He kneeled down beside Hinata and put two fingers against her neck. Her pulse was slow and weak but it was still there. He smiled softly and picked her up bridal style.
"If I can't have the sharingan, I'll take the byakugan." He whispered as he walked away with her in his arms.

Short one-shot, blah, blah, blah. I might make a squeal, I might not. I made this because I love this pairing but apparently I'm the only one. I bet I would have a better chance at finding a Sakura/Pakkun fanfic. I mean there are some out there but not many. But whatever. I don't plan on making this a "real" story, but if you want to you can, just let me know so I can read it. Please review, constructive criticism accepted, flames are not.
