Why it is Good to Have Mobile Phones

My most favourite gift that I have ever received would have to be my mobile phone (that is only counting tangible gifts because when Tom came to visit me at Christmas was by far the best gift EVER)

Now I can text or ring Kiran and Molly any time I want with out stealing others people's phones and complaining how I wasted all their texts and charge.

But it is also good for things that are not texting or phoning people. Like playing games. In class. Under the table. (I've only been caught once.)

My phone (which is pink and covered in little designs I painted with acrylics) is also very nice because it has a feature where you can see what time it at different spots in the world. So now I always know what time it is in America and I don't have to do the maths in my head any more. (Which Kiran says is not very good because that was the only maths I did in the first place. So.)

And then, of course, there was the one time I needed to call Indy for, erm, a great emergency.

"Rose? Why are you calling? I thought you were in your room?" He answered his phone, sounding very irritated.

"Uh, I was, but then…" I trailed off.

"Rose, where are you?"

"In the bathroom. There isn't any toilet paper left. Could you get me some?"

Yes, mobile phones can be quite useful.
