A/N: Hello this is just a missing scene that would probably happen between P.O.K. and P.O.C.
Boq turned over in bed, expecting to see his blonde beauty, Glinda. When he didn't he sat up, searching for her in the dim morning light. He looked to her side of the bed and found a note lying on her pillow. He picked it up and read what it said:
Dear Boqipo, (How she managed to write that he had no idea)
Went on my morning rounds be back soon
XXXXXXXXXX,
Glinda Riddle X
Boq had to smile at her excessive use of kisses. Wait a minute. He just now woke up. He didn't wake up until at least 7 in the morning. Glinda never woke up this early. Heck he didn't think Elphaba woke up this early. She had to have been half-asleep. He remembered Elphaba telling him once that someone would need tremendous concentration to drive that bubbly death trap. He shot out of bed and ran to Elphaba's room. He banged on the door with all his might, "ELPHABA!! WAKE UP!!! EMERGENCY!!! EMERGENCY!!!" Elphaba opened the door slightly and poked her head out. Her hair was slightly disheveled and her eyes were still glazed over slightly.
"What's wrong Boq?" Elphaba asked. "Yero, stop." She said as she swatted at something behind the door.
"It's Glinda, she went on morning rounds and she's never awake this early." Boq explained. Elphaba's eyes immediately became wide she realized what he meant.
"One second Boq I'll go after her." Her head disappeared behind the door. In a second Elphaba came back out with her Wicked Witch Hat and dress on. "Uh...Elphaba." Boq said as he gave her a pointed look.
"Whoops. Force of habit. Give me a minute." She disappeared behind the door again and reemerged in a Glinda approved public flying dress. She pulled on her flying boots before arguing with Fiyero about her broom's safety. Eventually she won and was out the window in a moment.
Glinda why did you choose today to be stupid? Was just one of the thoughts that raced through Elphaba's head as she went after Glinda.
"Look! It's Elphaba!!" She stopped for a moment and did a quick wave to the people down below before speeding off. Eventually she was able to see the silhouette of Glinda's bubble. It was wobbling just like Glinda's concentration.
"Stay awake Glinda! I'm coming! Can't you go any faster you stupid broom?!?" The broom bucked. "You know what I mean." Elphaba said as she got closer. Just then Glinda's bubble popped from under her. A series of screams went out below. She sped towards Glinda's falling form. Tears were welling up in her eyes from the speed that she was going at. She reached her arm out and caught Glinda's petite body. She stopped the broom for a moment while positioning Glinda in front of her. A series of cheers went up to Elphaba for her catch.
"This is a lesson to all of you..." Elphaba said as the people held on to her every word. "Never fly a bubble unless completely awake." Elphaba said before laughing. They laughed with her before she sped off, back to the palace. Boq was pacing at the window Elphaba had left from. He looked up to see Elphaba coming back with his love leaning on Elphaba in front of her, obviously asleep. She came through the open window before letting Boq take her down from the broom.
"Thanks Elphaba." Boq said as he held Glinda in his arms, looking for any signs of a bruise or anything.
"You're welcome...Things like this shouldn't happen at 8 o' clock in the morning." Elphaba said. They all went back to their rooms, wanting to get some sleep.
