HTTP Murder
PLOT: "I wish Rina Ashisogi would just die." When a string of murders occur due to a hot new website, it's up to The World's Greatest Detective to solve the case. But, when it proves to be to much for him, he brings in the help of a Star.
PROLOGUE
Allow me to tell you about the time I worked with L on a big case. Whoops! Jumped the gun, didn't I? Let me slow down… I guess it would be better if I introduced myself first, huh?
I'd prefer that everyone call me Star, okay? I'll go ahead and tell you my name as long as you don't run around saying it. Nothing worse than being publicly called a liar or getting chased by the media or something.
My actual name is, Yvaine Hargreaves. It won't be to long before you say my name seems strange. See? You're already calling it strange. What ever.
Okay, sometime back, around the time I was in Middle School, I ended up helping L on a case. The reason I waited so long to say anything is because I'm not big on gloating. Plus, no one would believe me anyway.
Anyway, the case I helped with was a mass murder sort of one. The problem with it was, the people getting murdered were anywhere from Elementary School kids to College students. Sure is creepy, huh?
Anyhow, the parts of this adventure that happened before I started helping I'm only assuming they went this way. Considering I never met L, nor did we discuss the actions he took before we worked together… What was I saying? Never mind. Just don't call me a liar!
Hmm… I suppose the best place to start from is with the general area of the first victim…
