Hey, please don't cry okay?
Trust me everything's gonna be all right…
Tomorrow brings another day…
So stick with me 'real tight.
I've seen all the others treat you like dirt,
And I know that must have really hurt.
I'll do my best to lift your esteem up high
So don't you ever go down again and cry.
Their kind thrive on making others feel low.
What they don't seem to get is how,
What one brings down another one can show…
What it means to live for good right now.
Karin, I'm your best friend in the world.
So don't think you need to hide what needs to be unfurled.
I don't mind if you're a vampire, that's all right…
Trust me, I'll stick with you through your troubles every night.
'Cause that's what really close friends do…
They help each other in times of misery,
Joy, trouble, I'll go through anything for you…
Just to pay you back for all the care you've given me.
I hope this little poem can show that you don't need to hide…
I promise that I'll continually be by your side…
And how, no matter what you do,
Keep in mind it'll always be forever me and you.
