Inspired by athaye12's story about Jessie, which includes her POV of Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3, I am making by own story about Jessie. However to aviod copyright conflict with athaye12's story, this will be different and retell Jessie's life emily in a different way. The story explain how Jessie started out with Emily, how she met Bullseye, her time in Al's Apartment, her journey to Andy's Room, and her current lifes at Bonnie's house, plus all the toys she meets and how Jessie became interested in everyone's favorite Space Ranger. This will include Jessie's POVs on The Toy Story Toons and Jessie's POV on the Halloween Special. (The only Toy Story Production that Jessie appeared in without Bullseye).
Chapter 1
January 7th 1957
Howdy, Yall! My name is Jessie. I am a cowgirl doll with red yarn hair tied into a ponytail braid with a yellow bow, a white shirt with yellow fabric, blues jeans held up with a brown belt, black and white cowskin chaps, brown boots, a red hat with a white stripe and green eyes, and this is how is how i started out as a toy. I was just a simple cowgirl doll, Sitting and waiting in my box on the shelf of a toy store. I am a character from a TV show called Woody's Roundup. The show had aired months ago on TV and already the show was a hit. I sat in my box at the toy store, waiting for someone to buy me. I was son excitied to get out there, i pulled on the twist ties on my wrists. I pulled soon hard my box fell right off the shelf with me in it! The box landed on the floor. That's when a little girl found me. She was wearing my hat.
"Mommy! Daddy! Look! Here's one!" she said "Can we get this one please?"
"Sure, Emily. We'll take that one!" said the mom
And so they purchased me, took me home and removed me from my box.
Once my new owner was gone, I looked around her room.
"Hello? Anyone here?" I said
I crossed my hands behind my back and walked around the big empty looking room. At first, it looked like a ghost town. Then suddenly A bunch of toys appeared. There was a lion, a jack-in-the-box with a plastic box, a little brown bear, a little female doll with blue hair, a red shirt and pink skirt, and a toy whale.
The lion was the first toy to speak.
"Hey! Emily got a new toy!" He said. The lion and the other toys went over to me and welcomed me with open arms.
"Welcome to Emily's Room!" said the female toy "My name is Kathy. And this is Jake." she pointed at the lion "Todd-in-the-box" she pointed at the Jack-in-the-box "Mikey" she pointed at the bear "and Donald." she pointed at the whale. So my owner's name was Emily.
"Why, Howdy! Glad to meet ya all! My name is Jessie!" I said
They all paused.
"Jessie?" said Mikey the bear. "Hey! You're that yodeling Cowgirl from that Woody's Roundup show!"
"You guys watch my show?" I said
"Yeah! Every Saturday morning at 9:00 am on Channel 86 with Emily!" said Todd the Jack-In-The Box "So this is what you look like in color." Oops! I forget to mention: Woody's Roundup was a black-and-white TV show. All the merchandise shows what me and the other three characters - Sheriff Woody, Bullseye and Stinky Pete look like in color.
"Will you please sign this for me?" said Jake the Lion. He held out a blank piece of paper and a pencil.
"Sure." I wrote on the paper Howdy, Jake! Glad to meet ya! Jessie the yodeling cowgirl from Woody's Roundup. Saturday mornings at 9:00 on Channel 86.
"Thank You!" said Jake
"You're welcome!" I said "Does Emily have toys of Sheriff Woody, Bullseye and Stinky Pete?"
"No. She doesn't." said Donald the whale "You're her favorite character on the show!"
"Really?" I said
"Yeah." said Kathy "She talks about you a lot! She has tons of Jessie stuff! She even has a Red Hat Jessie!"
"She does?" Jessie "Wow! Emily must really love me!"
"Oh Yeah! She does!" said Donald
"Woo Wee! Ya know what, I think I'm gonna like it here with Emily!" I said. I gave my new friends a big hug!
Later Emily came in and played with us. After a long day of play, It was soon time for her to bed. So she got under covers with me, Kathy and Mikey.
"Good night, Jessie." said Kathy and Mikey
"Good night, Kathy. Good night, Mikey." I said
I rested my head on Emily's nice soft pillow and smiled snuggling next to my owner. And I looked at the ceiling hoping that one day the other Woody's Roundup characters would join me here.
