A/N: Expect some one-shots coming at you, I really need to get them off my computer. This is new, I got inspired. I just now watched all the episodes that have come out for the second season. Just now. Yeah, shows you how busy I've been. And I go back to school in two days. So I'm probably not going to update as much anymore, few one-shots will come. So enjoy them now!!

"Aw! That feels better, " I sighed as the doctor cut off my skinny jeans.

"Here, Mr. Cooper. Wear these," he said, handing me hospital pants. Ew, Chad Dylan Cooper can not be seen in these. I'm going to have to sneak out. "And I expect you to read those books, too. Now, goodbye Mr. Cooper." The doctor walked away with that. Cranky old man, he couldn't be in So Random!

"Doctor! Emergency! Ms. Sonny Monroe needs assistance," a nurse yelled, chasing after the retreating doctor. He sighed, "Lead the way, Donna." The two started walking off and I found myself following them.

Sonny's in trouble? Is she hurt? Damn! Why did I chicken out at the last second?! She would never find out that I actually l- No, Chad. Don't think like that. Nothing happened. Sonny is fine. But damn why did I chicken out?!

"This is her, doctor, hurry, before it gets too bad like Ms. Hart!" the nurse screamed dramatically. The doctor walked over to a frantic looking Sonny, a pair of scissors in his hand. "Wait!" Sonny pleaded her hands holding his hand away from her legs, "Can I call someone first? I have to tell him something, please!" Sonny begged, she pulled out her puppy face. I don't know about the doctor, but I melted.

I guess he did too, "Hurry, Ms. Monroe, I will give you four minutes, that's all you have before it's too late." He and the nurse left the room, I moved aside so they wouldn't see me behind the door, they went into anthoer room and I moved back. Waiting for Sonny to call me and admit her love, cause, come on. Who doesn't love Chad Dylan Cooper?

I resumed watching Sonny as she dialed, my phone didn't vibrate and I looked down. No, it was on. Maybe she was calling the other phone?

"Mom? It's me."

I looked up, eyes wide. So she wasn't calling me, probably just to give her mom an update.

"Can I talk to my sweety please?" What the heck is she doing? "Yeah, thanks, mom. I love you, too. Talk to you soon. Hey? Luke?" Sonny started crying freely now, I wanted so bad to go and comfort her, but I held myself back. Who was this Luke guy? "It's Sonny, I just wanted to tell you something, because I'll never be able to tell you again. You are my best friend, Luke, you have always been there for me, and thank you so much for that, I really miss you. And that's why I have to tell this one more time, I love you so much, Luke."

I froze. Sonny called someone in Wisconsin to tell them that she loved them. And it wasn't family, and it wasn't her mom or Lucy. She trully was in love with someone, someone other than me. I started walking away, I only allowed a tear to go down. But as one fell it lead to more. I knew I should have told her, I could have at least had a shot.

Back in The Room

Sonny smiled weakly, "You are such a good kitty cat, Luke. I'm sorry I can't be there," Sonny cried harder. "I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, I couldn't help you through your cancer. Now be a good boy for mommy, ok? Be strong, the needle won't hurt too much. Ok, bye bye, Luke. I know you'll have lots of fun in cat heaven."
