I do not own Harry Potter it belongs to J.K. Rowling
I hate you, you know that right?
I hate you smile ….
Your eyes…
The eyes you gave you son …
Those green beautiful eyes …
The eyes I used to wish we shared.
Why couldn't his eyes have been brown?
Or
Blue
Hazel maybe?
Why did they have to be your green?
I don't know why people loved you so much
I was the only one who saw you for what you really were.
A vile…cruel…awful…hateful person
You abandoned me!
You were always leaving me behind!
THAT BOY
THAT SCHOOL
THAT POTTER
AND THEN YOU DIED!
YOU FUCKING DIED!
HOW DARE YOU!
And then your son…your eyes…
You gave him your eyes…
You sick twisted person…why?
Every time I looked at him….
I saw your eyes…
Your hateful eyes….
I was supposed to be your sister
How could you leave me alone?
Mum…dad…you…
Why?
We went into hiding you know…
Of course you know…
Our prison was a nice place
Tapestries hundreds of years old…
Books… of every kind….
Normal…and your kind…
Dudley stuck by our gaurds…
Listening to the radio…
He wanted news he said…
To know if your boy was all right.
I listened sometimes…
Heard nothing….
No news is good news…. As they say
When we were allowed to leave
I learned what your boy had to go through…
I read books… self help books on grief
Always thought they where for people with no
Back bone…
Foolish people
Losers
Five stages they say
Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance
I'm so very …very angry with you
You were always leaving me behind
And then you played the victim
You don't get to play the victim Lily
You died
And you left me
Always leaving me why….
Why wasn't I good enough for you?
Why didn't you love me?
Why did he have to have your eyes …. Why?
Why
Why
Why….
Why did you die?
I hate you…. I hate you
…
I wish I could…..
I really wish I could hate you
No matter how many times I say I do…
I know I'm lying….
"Mum?" Petunia shook out of her thoughts by her son quickly wiped her eyes and tuned around. Dudley was looking at her confused as if he wasn't sure exactly what he should do. It was the first time she and him and gone to his Aunt and Uncle's graves since they died.
"It's all right dear … let's be off." She said as she walked to her son who grabbed her hand in reassurance and they both got into the car and drove home.
Its no surprise really that they hadn't seen the green eyed boy standing a few feet away from the graves watching them. They never really noticed him before.
