A/N: Hey guys~ It's me again. I'm having some trouble with my other story, so I wrote this to at least put something out. I'm not sure if I wrote Rin or Nozomi right, so feedback is appreciated. Sorry for any mistakes and I hope you enjoy anyway!

"Nozomi-chan, Nozomi-chan! Look, it's a shooting star!" Rin excitedly said, tugging at Nozomi's sleeve and energetically pointing towards the aforementioned shooting star.
Nozomi turned her head towards the direction of the shooting star. It looked stunning, the star streaking across the night sky, intercepting with dozens of other brightly shining stars.
"What did you wish for Rin-chan?" the purple haired girl asked, a small smile on her face. "Ramen!" The other girl said without hesitation, her mouth watering at the thought. Nozomi chuckled at the wish, reminding her of the first time they went stargazing on the rooftop of Otonokizaka.
"What did you wish for Nozomi-chan?" The hyperactive girl asked, her eyes bright with excitement. "That's a secret~" Nozomi teased, "Eh~ That's not fair. Tell me~" Rin whined.
"Maybe," Nozomi replied, getting up from the ground, starting to run, "but only if you can catch me~". "No fair Nozomi-chan, you got a head start!" Rin said, running after her.
The two ran around the top of the hill, the purple haired girl always being one step ahead of the orange haired girl. They ran around for a good 10 minutes, laughing like gleeful children, the younger girl forgetting why she was chasing her senior.
Running out of stamina, Nozomi slowed, allowing Rin to tackle her at full speed. Upon contact, her momentum propelled the both of them forward, to the slope of the hill.
They stumbled down the hill, getting away with minor bruises, unkempt hair, wrinkled clothing, and strands of grass sticking out of their hair and clothes. Stopping, the pair began to laugh, both amused at what just occurred.
They looked at each other, a wide smile plastering their faces, as a comfortable silence settled in.
Nozomi's gaze shifted upwards, seeing a shooting star smear the black canvas, already littered with an endless amount of stars.
Suddenly hearing the rustling of grass, she looked at the source of the noise, only to see Rin crawling towards her. Plopping next to her, the orange haired girl nuzzled against the other girl's side.
Both the girls were at ease, being both warm and comfortable. Hearing soft and steady breathing beside her, it seemed that Rin had fallen asleep.
She looked at the sleeping girl with fondness, picking out strands of grass and smoothing out stray hairs. Satisfied with her work, she began to stroke the other girl's hair. Making a small noise of pleasure, the orange haired girl unconsciously leaned into the other's touch.
Continuing to pet her, Nozomi looked back up at the night sky, feeling the most content she's ever been.
I wish that these times could continue forever.
