Hanging Hair
Syaoran was staring at Sakura intently as she studied her math book for the upcoming exams next week. Her skin was light, smooth and a bit red on the cheeks. Her lips were plump and pink as a cherry blossom. Her big green eyes concentrated on the math formulas imprinted on the rough pages of the book. He also noticed one thing about her and that was her hair. For the past year her hair grew longer being able to cover her nape. Sakura forcefully pulled them away as they started touching her face making her distracted.
"Mou, my hair is getting longer its annoying" said Sakura running her dainty fingers over her silky auburn hair.
"I think it's cute" said Syaoran focusing his eyes on her instead of his math book.
"No it's not, its annoying. Whenever I try to tie it always falls later on and sometimes they curl when they reach my shoulders, its frustrating" complained Sakura moving her hair back.
"Sakura-chan, you haven't visited the hair stylist have you? It's been a year after all" said Tomoyo currently in the classroom.
"I never really liked visiting hair salons, the last person who cut my hair was Yukito" said Sakura smiling.
"I think it's still cute" said Syaoran again.
"I agree with Li, you are so cute Sakura-chan!" squealed Tomoyo.
"It's annoying" said Sakura.
"Tomoyo-chan, Kirino-sensei needs to see you!" called out one of her classmates.
"Hai, I'll be there" said Tomoyo "See you later Sakura-chan"
After Tomoyo left Sakura went back to studying in her math book holding her hair away from her face concentrating on the formulas. Syaoran leaned on the back of his chair resting his chin on his crossed arms.
"You know what Sakura, a clip might do it" said Syaoran, Sakura tear her eyes away from her book.
"What?" asked Sakura staring at Syaoran.
"I'll be right back" said Syaoran going out of the classroom with Sakura's eyes following after him.
"What is he doing?" asked Sakura to herself. A few seconds of waiting Syaoran came back with a big grin plastered on his face "Syaoran what were you-"
Syaoran placed a part of Sakura's hair back and clipped it with a cherry blossom designed hair clip making the 'clip' sound echo. Sakura slowly reached out to her hair and felt the clip displayed on her head. She looked up at Syaoran and formed a smile.
"Thanks Syaoran, this helps a lot!" said Sakura grinning.
"You really are cute" said Syaoran gazing at Sakura dreamily.
