**Mary's POV**
**we see Mary Camden walking down a dark street**
When you hit rock-bottom, you wanna keep falling into the pit, don't you? Well I hate to burst your bubble but you can't. You gotta face reality and stare it in the eye, even if it kills you cause it's so ugly.
All right, enough of this crazy talk, let's get to the point. My name is Mary Camden and I wish the world would drop dead. Well, I wish the whole population of Glen Oak, the people who are in my business like nothing else, would drop off the face of the earth and start worrying about themselves and not me. Who am I? Well I'm a flight attendant. You buy that? If you do, well you're pathetic, just like my family. It wasn't all planned, but some of it was. In my life of twenty-one years, I've fallen in and out of love I don't know how many times.
Ok, so there was this guy, Jack. He was like forty. I actually didn't ask but I knew it would tick my parents off. It did. My plan worked. He's really a super-market clerk living in Sacramento. Who knew? I'm not "really" a flight attendant.
**Mary walks into a crowded little building, and takes off her jacket to reveal a tank-top**
I'll just be straight with you. I work in a bar. Not just a bar, the wildest bar in Miami. Ok, you got me, I never lived in Ft. Lauderdale. Miami was always my goal. Now that I'm here, I can relax and be me.
