Hello, and welcome to the 93rd Annual Hunger Games (sorry to anyone out there who's already used that title!) Send me the form in either a PM or a review; I don't care which. Every spot except the ones marked optional have to be filled out. Any tributes I get that are pretty much HG characters with different names will automatically elimated. Keeping your tribute alive depends on 2 factors:

1. How much I like them.

2. How much everyone else likes them. I will determine this by the number of reviews I get mentioning good things about the characters. (So when you review, include your fave character!)

The way donations will work is like this: Reviews. If two people OTHER THAN the creater of the character say they want to donate something, the something small will be sent (example: flint, three pieces of fruit, sunglasses, one bottle of water, a pair of socks). If three people do so, then a medium gift will be sent (example: a small tarp, a pair of gloves AND socks, three loaves of bread, a fork, a cooking pot). Four people = large gift (example: a knife, medicine, sleeping bag, extra outfit, a big box of matches) Five people = SUPER large gift (example: bow-and-arrow with 30 arrows, trident, a two-week supply of food, night vision glasses). Anything past five will just equal an super large gift. If it's not specified what you want donated, I will pick what I think will help them the best in their current situation.
