Basically this is a oneshot from when Bianca died. Written in Nico's POV. I wrote this for school about a month ago and thought I should post it.
She's home! She's home! The minute Nico got news the Hunters' quest arriving back to Camp Half-Blood he raced to the Big House to see Bianca, his sister. He couldn't wait to see her, it felt like it had been years since she left on the quest; not mere weeks. As Nico approached the big house doorway he could hear voices. Is Bianca in there!? Is Bianca in there!? He stood in front of the door for a few minutes contemplating whether or not he should knock on the door and interrupt their meeting, and finally he knocked.
"Hey!" he said to the group at the table, "Where's… where's my sister?" He had searched the whole room but didn't see Bianca. Nico noticed Percy's face fall slightly, as if he suddenly didn't want to be there.
"Hey, Nico," he said, "Let's take a walk, okay? We need to talk." Nico's heart suddenly dropped to the floor, as he realized what had happened. Bianca had died on the quest. Nico wasn't really paying attention to Percy telling him how she died saving others, but was letting anger build up inside of him for Percy breaking his promise to protect Bianca.
"She wanted you to have this," Percy said as he pulled out his pocket a Mythomagic figurine and gave it to Nico. Nico's anger towards Percy had grown immensely strong over the course of a few minutes, and finally Nico let his rage loose.
"You promised you would protect her," he told Percy.
"Nico, I tried. But Bianca gave herself up to save the rest of us. I told her not to. But she—"
"You promised!" Everything Nico had feared had come true. He gripped the figurine Percy had given him, "I shouldn't have trusted you. You lied to me. My nightmares were right."
"Wait, nightmares?" Percy looked confused.
Nico suddenly threw the small statue, unable to contain his rage, "I hate you!"
"She might be alive," Percy sounded desperate, "I don't know for sure—"
"She's dead," Nico's voice shook with sorrow and hatred, "I should've known it earlier. She's in the Fields of Asphodel, standing before the judges right now, being evaluated. I can feel it."
"What do you mean, you can feel it?" Percy looked seriously confused. Suddenly they heard a clattering, hissing noise behind them, and four skeletons were coming towards them.
"You're trying to kill me!" Nico screamed at Percy, "You brought these… these things?"
"No! I mean, yes, they followed me, but no! Nico, run. They can't be destroyed." He was lying, Nico was sure of it. Percy wanted to kill him.
"I don't trust you!" The skeletons came at Percy and he tried to fight them, but his fighting seemed useless.
"Run, Nico," Percy called, "Get help!"
"No!" He wouldn't listen to him, he was lying, "No! Go away!" The ground began to shake, opening into a huge crack. All the skeletons were pulled into the hole, and then there was silence.
Percy looked at Nico, "How did you—"
"Go away!" Nico yelled, "I hate you! I wish you were dead!"
Nico couldn't stand being there any longer, he ran as far into the woods as he could to escape Percy. How can she be gone? Nico finally did what he had wanted to do all while with Percy. He sat down and cried over his dead sister.
