Just a little idea I had. I'm not quite sure about the ending—originally I was going to have Inuyasha get back at her with something stupid, like making her make him cookies or something, but I couldn't think of anything stupid or reasonable enough.

Disclaimer: I don't own Inuyasha.

Contrary to popular belief, I am not stupid.

See?

If I can use words like 'contrary' and 'popular', then I can't be totally stupid, right?

And I know that Kagome, Miroku, Sango, Shippo, and possibly my (half!)brother are hiding a secret about my sword, Tetsusaiga (I know it's supposed to be Tessaiga, but that's too close to Tenseiga for me).

I felt my youkai rising as soon as my sword left my side, so I am positive that my sword keeps my youkai side from rising.

And to think they all thought they could hide it from me.

Anyways—the reason I am writing all this down is because now, finally, I'm going to get back at Kagome for all those 'sits' she's thrown at me.

Because if I play my cards right, I can make her feel guilty for not telling me about my sword.

If she feels guilty enough, everyone knows she'll do anything I ask her.

So just you wait.

When I finally get back at her, I'm going to come back and write all of it down.

—Inuyasha

I suppose Inuyasha wrote this two or three days ago, seeing as yesterday was the day he brought up the idea of us fooling him about his sword.

I'm actually very surprised—and possibly proud—that he was able to come up with words like 'contrary' and 'popular belief'. If he hadn't screwed up so bad on his "brilliant plan" I would have, just once, told him he was actually pretty smart (even if he didn't/doesn't show it).

He was right—Kagome was guilty, and I have no doubt he would have used that against her—and possibly all of us—if he hadn't made Kagome as upset as he did.

It turns out that he made her feel so guilty she started crying.

At least, that's what Inuyasha thinks happened.

Because she was crying, Inuyasha himself felt guilty, and he dropped the whole "getting back at her" idea.

Except he didn't know that she wasn't really crying.

I have learned since three days ago that Kagome is a brilliant actress, especially when it comes to fake-crying.

Seeing as it was his fault he pushed it too far and made Kagome "cry" without realizing he was the one being fooled, I think the final statement I should put down—just so Inuyasha gets mad when he reads this later—is this:

Inuyasha, no matter how hard you try, you are, and always will be, an idiot.
