A/N: This is my first attempt at B/A poetry.
I dreamed that I saw heaven
Bright and shining and new
When I awoke from my dream
I saw you.
Your face a thing of beauty
All aglow, where true love lies
It's no dream, I have seen heaven
In your eyes.
I dreamed that I was in hell
Burning with fire and brimstone
But I awoke in your arms
Now I'm home.
I dreamed I saw you coming down the aisle
In satin and lace, you see
I awoke to find you at the altar
Waiting to marry me.
I dreamed that I saw our children
Happy and joyful at play
When I awoke, around me stood
Liam, Kathy and Mae.
I don't dream a lot anymore
Thanks to the kids and you
Every fantasy that I ever had
You've made come true.
