Hi reader!

This is my very first piece and I hope that there are no grammar mistakes. If there are, I am sorry! I do not own any of the character or name, that all goes to Walt Disney World. I can claim that the following story is all from me. If you could please leave a response. I would greatly appreciate it! I would really like to improve my skills.

Thank You and I hope you enjoy!

As days turned into months and months turned into years, I saw the young boy grew into a handsome selfish man. At one time, his heart was selfless and purer than any rose, yet the loss of his parents made him what he is today. He acts like a beast, but no one will set him right. If nothing is done about it soon, I fear for the worst.

With my unique powers, I transformed myself into an ugly haggard old lady with warts, crooked teeth, raggedy clothes and all. On a frigid winter's night, the sky was darker than a raven's feather, and it was heavily crying. Sporadic sparks of lightning illuminated the sky, and the rumble of thunder shook my old aging bones. I slowly limped, with the help of my thin cane, unsteadily up the many large steps to the gigantic castle. Knock, knock, knock. My small weak hands could scarcely hold the wrought iron door knob, which engulfed my hands.

"Please Sir, will you let me rest near a warm fire? I do not mind if it is even with the servants, so long as I can get a reprieve from the bitter, cold storm. I will exchange your hospitality for this beautiful red rose," I begged.

"NO! I won't have someone like you ever step foot into my exquisite palace. Nor do I want your stupid rose. Leave my palace right away," the prince harshly yelled.

"Dear Sir, I beg you to not be deceived by my appearance or my simple gift," I warned, "for a true man would see past appearance, but a beast could not."

"I don't care! Now leave at once," angrily yelled the prince. He cared not that I was an old lady in the bitter storm; he only cared for himself. This selfish act he committed would be his last one forever. I gave him a chance to prove that what I thought was wrong, but unfortunately I was right. Just before he completely slammed the massive, decorative wood doors, I decided that in punishment, he would learn a life changing lesson, even against his free will. During that same split second I determined that his looks would truly embody his behavior.

I hope you like this little bit that I provided. I am not sure if I want to continue this or not. I would really love feed back :)
