Hated as bad as the Sun

I don't know where this idea came from but it hit me. Kishimoto owns Naruto.

Sitting down outside with his tea, Itachi could feel the sun's heat pour down on him. Maybe he should have worn lighter colored clothes compared to the dark ones? Shrugging, he took a sip of the rosemary herbal drink as he stared at nothing but the scenery.

"Aren't you hot?" Kisame asked as he popped his head out to check on his partner in crime.

"No." Itachi lied. He could feel the sweat just pouring down his forehead and the back of his neck. Setting his empty cup down, he got up and started toward the cool forest.

Entering the paradise of shade, he felt his body cool down besides the help from sweat. Stopping, he took off his shirt and threw it over his shoulder. He didn't see any point of wearing it when he was sweating his ass off.

As he got out of the shady spots, he felt the heat just pour down on him again. Looking up at the sky, he didn't see any clouds which told him there wasn't going to be any relief soon. Turning around, he went back into the shade and back to their hideout.

Once he was back, he opened the door to see Kisame laying on the floor with a wet towel draped over his face and neck. "I thought you said you wouldn't get hot."

"I lied. Go figure." Kisame hissed with the towel raising in the spot where his mouth was. Glaring at it, he got up and held it where it was. Lowering it, he stared at his friend and blinked. "You are burnt."

Raising an ebony eyebrow, Itachi walked away and to a mirror to see what his friend was talking about. Blinking, he saw his usually pale skin red as a tomato. Storming away, he stopped to stare at his friend. Speaking up, he broke the silence. "Get the aloe."

Nodding, Kisame didn't want to leave where he was. He finally was cool but he ignored the feeling of bliss. Getting up, he walked pass his friend and into the bathroom for the bottle of aloe lotion. Pumping some into his rough hand, he touched his friend.

"Damn it that hurts!" Itachi hissed out before gripping the doorway so he wouldn't scream out anymore.

"Of course. Its tender." Kisame commented and ignored the glare as he worked on getting the lotion on his friend's back, arms and chest since he didn't want to stretch to do it himself.

It was random. I know. Please review.
