Eating Donuts In The Rain

Eating Donuts In The Rain

Jason ran into the cabin. "Brrgh! It's cold out there!" He grabbed a towel and started drying his wet hair.

Shane laughed at his expense. "Wow, Jason, that's why you don't go outside when it's pouring rain,"

"I know that now," Jason replied, sitting down on Shane's bed.

"Get off my bed if you're soaking wet!" Shane yelled, running over to Jason and pulling him off his bed.

Nate came into the cabin with an umbrella. "Did I ever tell you how cold that rain is? At least this umbrella kept me dry," he put the wet umbrella on the floor. "Hey Shane, Mitchie's looking for you,"

Shane raised his eyebrows. "Right now? Where?"

He shrugged. "I guess by her cabin,"

Shane got up from his chair and went out of his cabin without an umbrella. The rain was coming down lighter, and he walked through the chilly rain over to Mitchie's cabin. She was leaned up against the wall, holding a bag.

Mitchie looked over at him and he leaned up against the cabin with her. She handed him the bag. "Donuts," she said.

Shane took the bag and pulled out a white frosted donut. He ate some of the donut, and Mitchie ate hers.

"Eating donuts in the rain," she mumbled through a mouthful of donut.

He nodded. "This is so romantic,"

Mitchie laughed.
