Hey here's a story about Zuko telling Katara the reason why he's changed. The setting takes place after Katara threatened Zuko at the Western Air Temple. Oh and by the way this story is based on the song by Hoobastank. Enjoy

After the threat, Zuko stood in his room shocked. He couldn't believe it. How could the love of his life threaten him? Zuko had never told Katara, or anyone his true love for her.

He thought they would just think he's crazy. So now he thought it was about time his true love knew his true feelings. So he dashed out of his room, and house, and headed to find Katara. Zuko later found Katara alone making dinner.

He thought this was the perfect time to explain his true feelings toward her. So he bulked up his courage and walked up to her. When Katara saw him the pleasant look on her face faded away and turned into an angry frown.

What do you want? Sneered Katara. Zuko sighed and then said Katara there has been something I've wanted to tell you, for a long time. Katara didn't care what Zuko had to say so she looked at him and said.

I don't care what you have to say, it's already bad enough that you're on our team, so shut up, go away, and leave me alone! Zuko stood with his mouth wide open, and said Katara there truly is something I want to tell you.

Katara just ignored him this time, and continued on with her cooking. So Zuko thought, if he couldn't reach Katara talking he would say it in song. But before he sung he said. There's a real reason for why I joined this team and here it is cried Zuko.

At the end of the song Katara had tears in her eyes. Katara I love you said Zuko. And I'll always be there for you whenever you need me, I'm there.

Because I love you said Zuko. Katara wiped the tears from her eyes and said. All these time I thought I loved Aang but I was wrong. You Zuko are my one true love, and I forgive you, and I love you said Katara.

So Katara and Zuko were finally together, and they had many exciting adventures together, and after the war they got married. And happily ever after.

And Zuko always still to this day thought back on the day he told Katara his true feelings. And how he did it. By song, and love.
