Sakura-Over You
"Sasuke, I wasted my Preteen life on you and you somehow still found me annoying." Sakura whispered to a photo of her fairytaled true love.
It was raining outside and Shinobi were still running around trying to train. Sakura just simply sat and stared out of her small apartment window, thinking of her own life. 'I have done so much since you left, I wonder if you would still hate me if you saw me now. What would you do?' Sakura questioned herself.
Placing down the old, torn, ripped, smudged photo, she turned to her door and left the apartment. Sakura walked and walked, through the heavy down of rain as if it were nothing at all. She walked past the hospital where she worked, and into the old training grounds. It was the same training grounds that team 7 had met at for the very first time.
Sakura stood still for a few moments to remember the good times, when nothing else matter except the next mission. Back when she had thought Sasuke was a god who could do nothing wrong. She smiled when she realized how blinded by her stupid girly crush she had been.
"One thing is definitely for sure," Sakura whispered as the rain finally started to sprinkle and stop. "I'm over you."
As Sakura walked away, the sun started to shine almost as the sign of approval.
Stopping and looking up at the sky once more, Sakura whispered, "Good-bye Sasuke." With that Sakura walked away, not even looking back.
