Yes, another one. I'm taking on as many as I can, but they just keep coming. This one attacked me while I was sick (coughing, fever, chills, runny nose) and sitting in front of the computer. It made me cry. T - T
I may end up writing it later, but here is the basis:
Voldemort and his band of not-so-merry men attack a town, demolishing it, killing every man, woman, and child (you know the drill), but he misses one. Unfortunately, this one person decides to take revenge. The person has (or gets) access to a large budget, a high tech lab, and magical test subjects, then figures out how to capture and repress magical beings, preventing them from using magic (bands, collars, cages).
They track down Voldemort (who they initially just wanted revenge on) and capture him (though they don't know that because he changes to look like Tom Riddle) and Harry as well as some others. The muggle starts experimenting on them, figuring out more things and starts informing the general public about the dangerous magical beings. Unfortunately, they explain it and give undeniable demonstrations, making all muggles aware and afraid of their magical brethren.
Muggles start capturing and killing wizards, though some escape and pretend to be normal muggles (muggle-borns and half-bloods), while others are too proud or unconcerned about the muggle threat (purebloods).
In their cells, Harry and Tom interact, good and bad.
The rest of the plot may or may not be revealed to any takers. As I said, this is my plotbunny and even just this may lead to a completely different story than one I would write.
