I could only wave to him as he walked away. He would turn around every two seconds to meet my eyes and wave back. I was happy. But for some reason, every time he turned around a whole was punched straight through my heart. It was funny because the last two weeks we had really grown into a couple. For once he started to like me too. Ofcourse, he wouldn't say much but I guess that's just Sasuke. He turned around one last time before getting into the car.
His eyes were expressionless, almost lifeless. He looked at me and inhaled a deep breathe before waving to me one last time. He mouthed something to me, but I didn't know what it was. I didn't want to spend any time focusing on anything else but his perfect face as he gracefully stepped into the car. I expected him to roll his windows down to see me one last time, but I forgot that it was Sasuke. Just him turning around was good enough for me. I waved, even though he probably didn't see me through the dark windows of the car. I watched as the car sped through, leaving my heart broken hearted.
I never thought that seeing someone off was that hard. Maybe, I shouldn't have. The moment his car left a tear fell plopped out of my eyes making its way down my cheek and dripping onto the ground. I turned around, silently crying as I made my way out.
I guess training off somewhere else was far more important than me. We were so close to being a couple. He had even promised me a lot of things if we were to be a couple. That's when the disasterous news had come. He was given an opportunity to be a Kage of a far by village somewhere else. Sasuke accepted and now he was off to train for a Kage. While I am still a Jounin, here in Konoha.
My tears tickled as they poured out of my eyes. Unknowingly, my hands raised up to wipe them off my face. Just then, Something hit me against my body. I was'nt expecting anything so I just bounced off and fell onto the ground, sending sand flying off everywhere. I refused to look at the person. I refused to let the person know that I was crying.
He said something but his voice was muffled by the sound of me wheezing. I was'nt just crying anymore. I was sobbing. The person who knocked me over kneeled down beside me and I unexpectedly wrapped my hands around him. My tears stained his perfectly white shirt. I didn't even know who it was, but I couldn't care less. I had just lost something that was much important to me than my whole life.
" Hey, you alright ? "
He said in a strangely familiar voice. I raised my head to look at who it was. My eyes opened wide with surprise and the tears stopped flowing. It was…Sasuke !
