The Beginning of Their End

Two meta humans, siblings Zoe and Max, are found by Young Justice in Cadmus along with Superboy. They have no memory of their lives before Cadmus and can only remember their first names. Their lives are confusing enough, but let's add in two mysterious guardian angels to make things all the more interesting!

A/N: I do not own any Young Justice characters or anything to do with Young Justice. Anyways, my first fanfic and has OCs. Please go easy on me. If you don't like it, then don't read, but please do give it a shot! Reviews would help, too! Alright, and I bring you into the land of my fanfiction...

Underneath the ground, in the place where Batman had many suspicions of, were three test tubes. In one, a clone grew from Superman's DNA. He was force fed education while he was also made a weapon. In another tube, a human turned meta human cried out in pain as another dosage of the serum which gave him his powers was injected into his body. He could feel the fears of thousands and instinctively tried to take them to fuel himself, but the tube restrained his powers. In the last tube, another human turned meta human slowly lost consciousness. She was also being given another dosage of the power serum, but instead of feeling pain, she simply felt overheated and very dizzy.

"The twins, their powers are almost to their peak," Dr. Desmond told his mysterious partners.

"Good, very good. How is Project Kr?"

"It is progressing very well."

"Good. Soon, we shall have a weapon to destroy Superman. This is very good. Continue with your great work, Dr. Desmond."

Cadmus had no idea what was coming their way. And they sure as heck had no idea just how much trouble their experiments (mainly Project Kr and the two humans turned meta humans) would cause.
