Disclaimer: I don't own any of these characters just the smut.

Notes: I know this goes against all canon because of Elias. However, in my Lindel/Chise fics the relationship between Elias and Chise up until she visits Lindel to create her wand has been strictly teacher and student. This particular fics starts at her arrival at the dragon sanctuary and the smut starts just after Lindel sings for the first time which I believe was in Episode 11.

Chapter 1: Travelling to the land of Dragons.

As me, Ruth and Selkie climbed onto the dragon named Lorel, I was nervous about leaving Elias for the first time but excited to be having my own adventure. As we lifted into the sky Selkie created a water bubble. The little bubble swirling just in front of us.

"What's that?" I asked.

"it's a cloaking spell. No one will find us now. It's a lot quicker than swimming through the sea."

"The sea?"

"I'm a selkie. I'm a citizen of the great seas, with both a human and seal form."

As she spoke the bubble expanding completely covering the dragon and us on its back. As the spell reached the dragon's tail we began moving so fast I could hardly breathe.

Sooner than I thought we broke into the cloud, slowing a little.

Trying to catch my breath Lorel spoke.

"Are you okay? We'll be there as soon as we get through the wind. Hang on a little longer."

"Okay." I looked over my shoulder back to where I left Elias although we were far away from him now.

Ruth spoke softly in my ear startling me a little.

"I'm sure Elias will be fine."

"Yeah."

No sooner than I spoke we began our descent to a small island surrounded by sparkling blue water all around.

As we prepared to land I spotted Lindel waiting for us. I couldn't make him out that well, but his long blonde hair stood out among all the lush grass around us.

"Lindel-sama!" Selkie shouted excitedly as she slid down Lorel's neck racing towards Lindel.

"Lindel-sama I did what you asked me to."

The man knelt down patting Selkie gently on the head. When he spoke, his voice was musical as always.

"Yes, you did well. Very good, Selkie."

Ruth helped me down from Lorel's back and I quickly approached.

"Hello, Lindel-san."

As I got closer I could see his hair was pulled into two long ponytails either side of his head. His crystal blue eyes shone brightly as they landed on me.

"Chise. Long-time no see. You look quite well. And you've put on some weight. Good, good."

A warm feeling spread through me despite the chill as he ruffled my hair.

"I'm glad to see you've found a good family."

As Ruth shifted into his dog form, I noticed Lindel wasn't in his usual clothes.

"Lindel-san, where did you get those clothes?"

"Oh, I went shopping in town." He winked at me.

"I'm very handsome, aren't I?"

I flushed slightly at that.

He's so different from Elias, carefree, almost child-like.

He turned speaking to the reindeer behind him.

"Come on, guys, say hi."

As Lindel and Selkie jumped into the coach attached to the reindeer. I was overcome with formality bowing to Lindel.

"I'll be in your care."

As I sat next to Ruth we were off again. As we travelled further into the Dragon sanctuary I remembered the first time I met Lindel with Elias at my side. The temperature had taken me by surprise then and it still does.

Without Elias I might be able to get to know Lindel better this time.

And maybe more.

I couldn't deny that Lindel was very attractive despite his advanced age (according to Elias) but to me he was beautiful.
