Chapter 1:Brothers…..

Ash's POV

I yawned slightly, looked at the clock and groaned "6:20am….." I rolled back over and tried to go back to sleep but it was no use. I finally got up and walked over to the window. I looked out across the street and sighed. "damn…. most of these people will still be sleeping…." I turned away from the window and walked back across my room. I carefully opened the door and crept across the hallway praying to every all powerful thing above that I didn't wake up Rei. Yup Rei….. my all seeing all knowing brother.

I sighed a sigh of relief as I managed to get to the other side of the hallway. I smirked and turned to go down the stairs when I was suddenly pounced on by a rather familiar object.

"REI!" I yelled as I chased him down the stairs. I jumped over the banister and ran headlong into him. "Baka…." I muttered in a low tone.

He grinned and ruffled my hair. I have elbow length raven black hair tied back into a low ponytail with long bangs which reached my shoulders and crimson eyes. Me and Rei are twins believe it or not. Yes he is my twin but I look younger than him.

He walked into the lounge and jumped onto the sofa. I shook my head and wandered to the kitchen to be met face to face with my dad.

"what's with all the shouting?" he asked smiling.

"um…. Nothing dad" I said "just Rei being a baka as usual" I grinned.

Dad smiled and ruffled my hair too. I sighed and walked back up the stairs. I went back into my room and opened my closet.

"Hmmmm…" I looked through my closet and finally found my Criminal Damage jeans, my sneakers, my black fishnet sleeved top that had the bottom section cut off so it showed my belly button. It had a tiger on the back and gothic girl with a tiger on the front. I also pulled out my hoodie and bag.

About twenty minutes later I was ready to go. By this time it was 8:20 am. I grabbed my bag and slung it over my shoulder. I took the keys and put them in my bag.

"REI!" I yelled "COME ON WE GOTTA GO OR WE WILL BE LATE!." He suddenly came running out the door and we started on out way to school.

I was so not looking forward to what they guys at school had planned for me…

Well what do you think? It might sound a bit sucky at the moment (and the dad is only in the first chapter, it will become apparent to where he has gone later on in the story) but it will get better and it will have more humour. I promise! So for now just review!
