I don't own. Surprised? No? Okay then.
A/N: I don't know where this came from, it really just... came. It's not beta-d, I'm too lazy for that since it's nothing much. Please tell me what you think and I really do love to hear what I need to work on (that's a lie, I don't love it but I need it haha). :)
Her legs were just so bloody tanned.
Wearing that kind of skirt with those kind of legs just shouldn't be allowed, Scorpius decided as he watched the skirt ride up a little further when she crossed her legs.
He wasn't supposed to think of her like that. He wasn't allowed to. In fact, the only thing Scorpius should be thinking about was how not to screw this whole thing up.
When Albus had told him he should come stay at the Potter's house for a week during the summer, Scorpius had laughed him in the face. Was he out of his mind? Did he really think Harry Potter would want the spawn of Draco Malfoy living under his roof?
His best mate had insisted that his Dad didn't mind at all and he was just happy that Albus was able to see past such trivial things as a name.
Right. Scorpius had to keep himself from rolling his eyes even when he thought of it. He was fairly sure that Albus had made the whole little speech up, but he hadn't found a way to proof it yet seeing as Mr. Potter had been nothing but friendly since he arrived at the Potter house that day.
It was kind of disturbing actually, and he couldn't keep himself from suspecting that Mr and Mrs Potter were putting up the whole nice act so that when they did try to murder him it would come as a surprise.
If that was the case, then they were probably going to do a mighty fine job with killing him because he had been distracted all day. Either because he was mentally kicking himself over what was distracting him or because Rose Weasley decided to change into a very short skirt because it was just so hot outside.
He was so fucked.
Back at school, Scorpius barely noticed Rose. They weren't in the same house (her being a Gryffindor, him being a Ravenclaw) and besides Albus they didn't have any friends in common (besides Albus, he didn't really have many friends at all). He had reason to think that Ron Weasley had warned Rose to keep as far away as possible from him too, not only because Albus had hinted this at several occasions but because whenever he was anywhere near Rose she seemed to just disappear.
This, and the fact that no one actually wore their two years younger cousins skirts to school, had led to Scorpius never knowing that Rose Weasley did in fact have quite amazing legs.
"Oi mate!" Albus' yelled, interrupting Scorpius' very embarrassing hopes that maybe she would get warm enough to take her shirt off soon (and then decide that she was in some need of shagging a certain blonde Malfoy, preferably him and not Lucius), and waved frantically at him from where he was standing. "Get over here you prat, we're playing Quidditch in the front"
Scorpius raised a hand, in a sort of wave, to show Albus that he would be on his way in a second. Apparently Al wasn't about to wait around for him to get up from his very comfortable spot underneath a big oak tree (with perfect leg vision) because soon he had disappeared.
Thinking that it couldn't hurt him to wait a few more minutes, Scorpius leaned back and returned to admiring just how pretty Rose's smile was.
And how well it went with those legs.
