I had a bit of a battering yesterday while riding. I fell of and now I have some nasty bruises up my arm and on my knee, a lovey red mark on my back and side and a headache, so I had to stay home from Work Experience (two weeks from school!) to rest up but back out tomorrow! So anyway, I wrote this while I was in bed c:
Lonely
The lone blonde girl slowly made her way across the narrow stretch of beach. Her dainty feet leaving imprints in the damp sand, which cracked under her light weight.
She sighed, and stood still, the light breeze catching at her short white lacy dress. Harsh grains of sand bit at her skin, and the salty air touched her split lips. The only sound in the vast expanse of loneliness was the waves lapping at the beach and the soft patter of rain drops on the canopy of leaves behind her.
The rain drops where soft on her damp, sandy, skin and matted once beautiful golden hair. She had become used to the feeling of rain, immune to the sharp cold dots that decorated her skin, and the sand, that was carried in the rough winds used to bite at her, but now if felt like nothing but simple feathers brushing against her.
She missed him. Missed him so much it hurt. He had left a gash in her heart that could never be filled unless he came back to her…
But that would never happen.
The hungry sea had gobbled him up and had taken away the only thing she cared about.
She cursed Laxus; the God of Lightning. Wendy; the Goddess of the Air… And him… Natsu, the Flame God.
The one and only.
She sighed as she threw her hand out towards the sea, Juvia must be angry about something, the waves where harsh and brutal, mercilessly attacking any unfortunate soul that happened to be out at sea.
She was the fallen. The Goddess of the Stars… a Goddess that broke the laws of the universe and has now been damned to walk the land for the rest of eternity.
An eternity without the Flame God.
