All the Quarter Quell Cards

1st Quarter Quell

On the twenty-fifth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that their children are dying because of their choice to initiate violence, every district was made to hold an election and vote on the tributes who would represent it.

2nd Quarter Quell

On the fiftieth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that two rebels died for each Capitol citizen, every district is required to send twice as many tributes.

3rd Quarter Quell

On the seventy-fifth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that even the strongest among them cannot overcome the power of the Capitol, the male and female tributes will be reaped from their existing pool of victors.

4th Quarter Quell

On the one-hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that their violence made hundreds of children orphans, all tributes will be orphans.

5th Quarter Quell

On the 125th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels of the countless women who died in battle, the tributes will all be female.

6th Quarter Quell

On the 150th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels of the young, innocent victims of the war, all tributes will be twelve years of age.

7th Quarter Quell

On the 175th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels of the countless men who lost their lives in battle, all of the tributes will be male.

8th Quarter Quell

On the 200th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the districts wouldn't exist without the Capitol, all the tributes will be parents between the ages of 30 and 50.

9th Quarter Quell

On the 225th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels of the hopelessness people felt during the war, tributes will be reaped for two different Hunger Games, and then the last two tributes remaining in each of the two games will battle it out in a smaller arena.

10th Quarter Quell

On the 250th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that even the people closest to the Capitol were traitors, all tribute's will be reaped from the Districts' politicians.

11th Quarter Quell

On the 275th Hunger Games, as a reminder to the rebels that even their strongest soldiers couldn't survive the war, all tributes will be eighteen, and volunteering is not permitted.

12th Quarter Quell

On the 300th Hunger Games, as a reminder to the rebels that war is a survival of the fittest, every district will have their own Hunger Games with 24 children from their own district, and the last surviving boy and girl in each Game will be put into a final game together.

13th Quarter Quell

On the 325th anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that they would be lost without the Capitol's guidance, all the tributes will be physically handicapped.
