I have finally arrived at Long Island…a bar that my uncle owns…after spending so long on the trip sitting down I was ready to stretch my legs.
"Hello?" I said as I walked into the LI.
"Sorry we are closed, we don't open.. MIYA!"
I looked over at the entrance to what I assume is the office and there was uncle Kunihiko rushing over to hug me."
"It has been way to long!"
"I know…but I am here to stay…at least for now. If I cannot manage to make it on my own, then I will have to go back and that is not an option at this point."
"Well you know I am here for you and so are the guys."
"The guys?" I asked as I lay my bags down.
"O that is right…I never mentioned them before have I?"
"No you haven't."
"Well they will be here this evening for your welcoming party." He said picking my bags up. "Fallow me I will show you to your room."
"Thank you…and you know you didn't not have to throw me a party Uncle Kunihiko."
"I know but I wanted to…It has been way to long and I wanted to celebrate seeing you again and having you move here."
"Thank you."
"Well I will let you get settled in I am going to call the guys."
"Thank you." I said smiling at him as he left.
I looked around the room it was the perfect size for me. It had a small kitchen with a bar for stools. Next to that was a small living area. Off to the right were the bedroom and bathroom.
Sigh
I grabbed my bags and carried them to the room and started unpacking.
Kunihiko's POV
"Hey, It's me. Miya just arrived…Yes…I am letting her get unpacked but I need you to message the rest of the guys while I get things set up. I still need to head to the office for a few hours this afternoon around 2. Do you think you could spend some time here with her so she is not alone…Thank you…and Saeki…No funny business…. ok you know exactly what I am talking about." I said hanging up.
"Here we go." I said smiling.
I spent the next few hours setting up the decorations and such before I had to leave.
"He Kunihiko…" Saeki said as he walked in.
"You look like shit…up all night again."
"Yep…I just managed to finish the latest episode for the series so they should be good on that for a little while. Now I can spend time relaxing."
He said sitting down on the sofa with a plop.
"Okay…well she is still in the room so do not disturb her. I will be back in time for the party." I said grabbing my keys and phone. "Did you get a hold of the guys?"
"Yes they will be here at 5 for the party."
"Good. Thanks again Saeki!" I said waving as I left closing the door.
I really hope he behaves himself.
I arrive at the office and Osani greets me
"My Aikawa…everyone is waiting in the conference room for you."
"The conference room?"
"Yes…you had a meeting at 3 for the quartile updates for you family and they were going to let you know what they have decided about you taking over the family business."
"Shit…okay. Tell them I will be there in 10 minutes."
"Yes sir." He said walking off.

Saeki's POV
I was sitting on the couch when my cell phone rang.
I looked at the screen.
"Hello Akiko..." I said as I yawned.
"Saeki… I just got your last script you sent…as usual it is great…but there are just a few things I think you should change."
"What this time?" I said pulling out my laptop.
"Okay in the scene where they are fighting in the…."
The conversation goes on for a good 45 minutes before I tell her to send me everything that she wants me to look at.
…. I should have known it was going to be a 2-page email with the changes and other updates about the show….
Miya's POV
I woke up at it was almost 4 in the evening.
"Crap…. I meant to call Diasuke." I said grabbing my phone.
Sure enough there were 3 missed calls from him.
I hit call back and put in on speaker.
"Hey Miya…are you okay did you make it safe?"
"Yes I did. Sorry I did not call I ended up unpacking…sort of and then taking a nap."
"Did you fall asleep unpacking?"
"How do you know me so well?"
"I have known you for 21 years' sis." He said laughing.
"True," I said smiling. "How are mom and dad?"
"…."
"Diasuke?"
"They are still not talking to me. They are still mad that I helped you get a ticket out here instead of convincing you to…"
"They will have to change their minds at some point." I said picking the phone up and taking it of speaker.
"I don't know sis. You know how stubborn dad is."
"True…Maybe mom will help change his mind though. She does seem to do that a lot."
"True…I just know that mom cried when I told her and gave her the note you wrote."
"And dad?"
"He tore it up and walked out of the house."
"Really?"
"Yep, went to the bar drank and came home drunk."
"What?"
"Yep. I had to help him to the couch."
"How is he now?"
"He is the sane as he has always been. Working hard and taking care of mom."
"So he hasn't drank anymore?"
"Relax sis. I have been keeping track of his drinking since that day. He has had maybe a few drink a week if not less."
"Good."
"Yes. I just think he was feeling guilty that day and he broke down."
"Wow…"
"Yep."
"Well I better go. Uncle Kunihiko is probably downstairs needing help getting ready for the party."
"Party?"
"Yep. Apparently he is throwing me a welcoming party and inviting his friends."
"His friends?"
"Hey it is not his fault that I have no friends here." I said smiling. "Keep me updated on dad okay? If he starts falling off the wagon again call me."
"I do not mean to upset you but do you really think that having you here if that happens is best?"
"….:"
"I mean with everything going on?"
"No…but maybe I can be there for mom."
"True."
"Thank you Diasuke."
"No problem. Talk to you later. Love you sis."
"Love you too." I said hanging up and then starting to get changed.
I finished changing and went to help Kunihiko.
