Just a normal night out
It was just a normal night at the only gay bar in Salem that night, the first true outing since he and Sonny made up and still stayed friends. Sonny took Will out on the town to help him get over his father and mother's relationship disaster but to tell the truth Will wasn't upset. He was sad for his father but he saw how EJ had looked at his mother, he knew that look. To tell the real truth, he knew the right person for his mother as EJ because they were the same, but in a good way…
"I said are you going to drink that Will." Sonny spoke finally getting his attention. Will looked up at him. "Yeah." "Ok, what's wrong?" Sonny asked, taking Will's drink away from him and sitting it down.
"Nothing, just thinking." Will answered, smiling. He watched Sonny look at him… He was starring at him just like EJ did to his mother. He really does love him, doesn't he.
I know you Will, and something is wrong. Just tell me already cause you know I won't stop till I get an answer I'm happy with.
"…You lied to me…" Will spoke. Sonny looked taken a back. "No I didn't."
Will smiles at him. "Yeah you did, but I'm not mad. You do have more feelings for me, and I know just being my friend is hurting you."
"Will-" Sonny didn't know what to say.
"You look at me with the same look EJ gave my mother, the look of complete love… I I'm just not sure I can give you what you want sonny. I do have strong feelings for you but I'm not sure I'm ready for these feelings."
"Are you saying you love me?… Will I promise I'll wait and give you as much time as you need. I would never rush you into anything."
Will smiles at him again… "Now how did I know you would say that…" Will grabs Sonny's head in the hands and slowly and gently kisses him. Sonny is shocked at first but soon begins to kiss back, but never taking lead, letting will choose what happens.
When the need for air becomes too much, Will breaks the kiss. When sonny opens his eyes he sees a very blushing Will. He smiles. "That was better than I thought." This only causes Will to blush even more.
"May I ask what happens next?" Sonny asked. "Well if you are willing to put up with me, I was hoping you'd be my boyfriend." Will answers looking down at his feet.
"Will, look at me." He does. "Don't I always." Sonny responds, kissing him. Will smiles into the kiss and puts his arms around Sonny's neck, kissing him back.
Right now this is just a One-Shot of what I see happening next. I will write more to this if enough people comment and fave though. I must say it's because of these two that I even watch Days of Our Lives…
