Ciel didnt even register to Sebastian fighting off the last few corpses, sobbing until Sebastian was scooping him off and carrying him away.
"No...NO! NOOOO SEBASTIAN WE CAN'T LEAVE HER! STOP!" he screeched as he was carried off out of the city.
With her last few moments in this world Lizzy's soul smiled, glad that she could at least protect her lover until the very end.
