It was a great day for the Wolfram and Hart; Angel hadn't given them any trouble for a week, they had acquired 6,000 souls in a hostile takeover, and they had successfully shut down another branch of UNICEF. For this, they had gone out for a celebratory dinner break. Lilah, Lindsay, Gavin Park, and Holland Manners were walking back to work, feeling full.
"That was a good restaurant," Lindsay said, "Human flesh is so much tastier when it's taken alive."
"And by force," Gavin added
The four of them turned a corner, almost back at work, and groaned. Angel and Doyle were sitting on a bench, next to a loud boom box. It was playing 'I Fought the Law (And the Law Won)'.
"What are you two doing?" Lilah sighed
"I could only think of this or 'I Lost My HART to a Starship Trooper'," Angel admitted, with a little smile
"Just ignore him," Holland insisted
He began to lead everyone away, when Angel got up, and gave Gavin a shove, knocking him into some mud.
"Ah!" Gavin exclaimed, "This is a new suit!"
Lindsay attempted to punch Angel, when Angel ducked, and Lindsay's hand swung into Doyle's now demon face.
"Aaaaah!" Lindsay groaned, as he hit the spikes
"You'd better knock this off, Angel!" Lilah warned, pulling Lindsay's hand off of Doyle
"Or else what?" Angel sneered
"We'll sue you," Manners said, bluntly
"Sue me?" Angel gasped, "Oh, that would horrible!"
"Oh yeah," Doyle nodded, "But Angel, wouldn't they have a problem with that?"
"Why would we?" Lindsay growled, "We could easily sue the fangs off of you!"
"Well, you could," the vampire tilted his head slightly, "but…"
Angel whipped out a remote control from his pocket. He pressed the red button on it, and behind him, the Wolfram and Hart building exploded. The first bomb, a suitcase bomb, went off in the records department, in the basement. The second one went off in Holland Manners' office, triggering an incendiary bomb in Lindsay and Lilah's offices. Then, a series of timed pipe-bombs went off on every floor, at key points in the infrastructure. The bombs had been supplied by Gunn's gang; there was no magic involved. As the bombs exploded, Angel and Doyle felt a comfortable breeze of warmth in their direction. In less than a minute, the building was nothing but rubble (and even then, it wasn't very good rubble). Park, Lindsay, Lilah, and Manners looked at their former workplace with horror.
"…where are you going to get a lawyer?" Angel grinned
