Sometimes he swore that he was the only doctor in the universe that still made house calls. Actually, that was inaccurate. He was more like a distant cousin that just happened to be a doctor who spent every family gathering diagnosing Aunt Melba's foot fungus or something; not that he looked on the human race as an annoying relative or genocidal aliens as athlete's foot, but the comparison was close. That was really beside the point though. He'd cured Melba's fungal infestation and it was time to leave, before the building collapsed on him.
