Liet had worried quite a bit when we decided to start over with Hungary.
I guess it doesn't really surprise me much as he has worried a lot in the past, but I can't help but smile just watching them now.
Eliza had started dinner and naturally, Liet wanted to help her out, and so they both began to cook together.
There was something enchanting about taking a step back and watching the two that I love spend time just like this together.
Elizaveta was chatting happily away with Toris and perhaps trying like I often have to get him to wear a dress at some point as there never was a prettier sight of Toris than when he fumbled around in a dress, all shy and confused at how a woman could wear one and move around in it.
A smile tugged at my lips as I heard one of the most beautiful sounds ever: Eliza calling me over to help them out despite knowing how I've messed up in the kitchen before.
I can't help it as I move closer and the room suddenly erupts in chaos as I start a playful fight with the flour that had Eliza squealing in excitement and laughter though she'll scold me later for it and that has Liet catching his breath from trying not to laugh; I'd mainly managed to get Eliza after all though it doesn't take long for the two of them to tag team against me.
I hadn't failed to cause another kitchen disaster, but they'd forgive me anyway as we took to cleaning up the kitchen, baking creation carefully tucked out of sight as it looked atrocious, but undoubtedly tasted amazing.
I smiled as I saw Liet lean closer to Eliza, kissing her nose, ignoring the flour, and then gently kissing her lips; I'd never seen anything as beautiful as watching the man that I'd loved all of these years finally open his heart up to this new relationship, this new dynamic, even though this wasn't their first kiss, it still felt pretty new to me.
I leaned closer, flour forgotten at my feet, and kissed Eliza and Liet too though we fell into an easy mess of a three person kiss, tongues lost somewhere in between us, and arms flailing for something to latch on to.
It was still perfect to me as I leaned closer, savoring the sweet taste of the kiss that reminded me of the freedom that this relationship felt like as I'd become something more just by being near them.
They are my true loves, and the world could never, ever take that away from us.
"I love you," Eliza sighs first, looking both beyond elated and a little embarrassed from the mess we'd caused together.
"I love you too," Liet speaks before I could.
"I love you guys more than anything, more than the color pink, more than the mess we made, and more than any dress in the world." It's cheesy, but I love saying it, watching the blush take over both of their faces which hardly ever happens let alone at once, and savoring the way their eyes light up in this love.
I lean closer, eager for another sloppy three person kiss that we'd yet to perfect but wouldn't stop trying to get better at.
