Skipper sat alone in his home. Marlene was out hanging with Rune and Trixy and Nicolie was out somewhere. Skipper sighed. It felt horrorable not having his kids around any more. Sure, they only lived in different parts of the zoo, but Skipper missed having them in the house...

"Dad?"

Skipper popped his head up. "Heart! What a pleasant surprise!" A smile spread across his face.

"Hey, 'Dad'!"

The smile faded. "And... Tyler...," he muttered, "What an unpleasant surprise..."

"I know! Isn't it?" Tyler asked, not hearing the "un" part.

Skipper sighed and tried to focus on his daughter. "So, what brings you here, Heart?"

Heart held onto Tyler's hands. "Dad... We have something to tell you... I"m pregnant!"

Skipper's eyes twitched and lunged at Tyler. "I'LL KILL YOU!"

Fortunately, Tyler had managed to flee behind his wife. "But we're married now," he reminded Skipper, "I mean, a husband and wife have a baby 98% of the time!"

"Why couldn't you two be the 2%?!" he snapped. Suddenly it hit him. Heart and Tyler were married. He had forgotten that(How? IDK).

"Well, we weren't and we can't turn back time," Heart told him, crossing her arms and looking away, "I would have thought you'd at least pretend to be happy for us."

Happy? His daughter was carrying a half and half species! Worse of all, it was going to be related to him and Julien! Still... it was Heart's kid and his grandchild... It wasn't the baby's fault that it was going to be related to a complete idiot. "I'm sorry, sweet Heart...," Skipper said, hanging his head. "I'm... happy for you... both of you."

Heart uncrossed her arms and looked at her father. "R-Really? ...You're just saying that."

Skipper tried to suppress his shudder. "I'm a penguin of my word, Heart." And Skipper was happy... even though he didn't feel it. He felt like he had completely lost his daughter. She was gonna have a family... She... she... "You won't need me anymore...," Skipper muttered.

Heart ran up to him and hugged him. "Oh, Dad! I'll always need you!"

To Skipper's annoyance, Tyler joined the hug too. "Same here, Skipper!"

Skipper shot him a glare, and the lemur backed off.

"Well... we better get going. Tell ma for me, k?"

"Right...," he muttered.

"Bye, Grandpa!" Tyler shouted.

Skipper let a low growl rumble in his throat, loud enough for him to hear.

"Too soon?" Tyler asked.

"NO DUH!" Heart yelled, slapping her forehead. "Let's go 'genius' before Dad kills you!"

Skipper watched them go and stood there for about a half a hour before Marlene came home.

"Hey, Skipper! ...What happened?" she asked, seeing his face.

"Our daughter is pregnant with a freaky otter slash lemur baby..."

A/N: LOL! Okay, me and Ponytail30527 were talking about Skipper's over protection-ness to Heart and I brought up Heart being pregnant and Skipper still not excepting Tyler XD
