A Neru Birthday Fic (Not much)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NERU! :D

:This was actually written about a year ago XD enjoy.

I don't own Neru or Miku.

"Turn left, now right, and right... straight ahead! Now, there's pipe on the ground, step over - I told you to step over! Don't fall and take me along!"

It's like playing a game of trying to smash the watermelon by the beach. I'm blindfolded and someone tells me where to go.

...except that there's no beach, no watermelon and no stick to hit it with, and my kidnapper is instructing me and guiding me with an arm around my body, and I can't walk properly.

I may be drunk, because I feel woozy and my body's wobbly all over, not to mention the throbbing pain in my head.

Problem is I don't drink.

And I don't remember drinking before this.

But I do remember my kidnapper ambushing me at the park...

"Meet me at the park near the station after school. - M x"

And there I was, sitting on a park bench. Why would it have to be at the par, anyway? I mean, we go to the same school, and we're even in the same class!

I was late in coming to the park though. For some reason, teach had me running around for errands today after class until most of the club activities are over. Like, don't we have class reps for that? And I was told that it was their day-off today. Of all days...

I texted Miku that I'll be late. Hope she's still there.

When I arrived at the park, however, nobody's there. huh...

"Oh yeah, club..."

Miku's glee club often takes the longest to finish. With the regional competitions coming, preparations are necessary. Hardcore preparations...

I heard something move behind me.

"Miku, is that y-"

Something hit my head and everything went black.

And here I was, getting walked, blindfolded.

Only my roommates should know that I can walk while sleeping, through suggestions. "We're almost there."

I hear a door getting opened.

Inside are smells of really...good stuff?

And then my blindfold was taken off, but it's still dark.

"What the he-"

"SURPRISE!"

I was about to turn to my 'kidnapper' and give her a bunch of complaints when light filled the room.

Okay, the sudden 'noise' startled me as well.

And what the hell have they done to my place?!

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY NERU!"

Oh.

I felt my chin get pushed up by Miku's hand, her other hand pulling on mine.

"C'mon, Neru."

Then I remembered my assailant. "But where-"

"Looking for me?" It was the voice that had been guiding me to here earlier.

Was that Miku? "You..."

"Why? What is it?" Her voice changed to normal!

"What the -"

"Relax," it was the odd voice again, "It's just some-"

"What the hell happened to your voice?!"

"...just some toy," she says, still with the other voice, and takes something off her neck, then shows it to me as she speaks again with her normal voice, "See?"

My had goes to the spot where my head felt sore. "Then why'd you hit me?!"

"Ehehehe...I wouldn't be able to blindfold you if you saw me."

"Hell no. You just wanted to use that 'toy' of yours!"
