Chapter 1: The man and the mask

Who am I? Where am I? The boy got up nearly tired and his feet ached from… Who knows what, either way he looked around, he laid in the hospital bed with cords around. He did his best to remember but all he remembered were the last words he thinks he'll never hear again. "I'll be watching you… I'll be watching you…" It echoed back and forth.
He couldn't remember his name, or even how he got there, but more importantly who was that?
He was pale with bangs hanging on his face. The emerald eyes he had were very unusual. He looked around again. He rubbed his forehead in deep thought. Finally he heard footsteps, with instinct he sniffed the air, weird…, he's thoughts passed as a man in a black coat and dark suit entered. He's just the type of man you want to avoid. Never in his life, or so he thought, had he seen a man so stern. On his left pocket hold's a gun and on the other hold's a mask? What's a mask doing with a man like him?
Flash back
"Son remember that whenever the princess needs your help only I can guide you. He may be under disguise" He was a kind, jolly old fella that only he seemed to know everything.
"Who daddy?"This was him much younger.
"Why the man and the mask! He and only he may help the way to find me!"
"You and your stories daddy…"

The man looked and smiled with grand amusement. He seemed familiar. Could this be? No, it couldn't…
"Hehehe! Oh this is too good to be true!"He had a very deep voice and was laughing wildly. The boy angered and wondered what a joker was doing here. Was his dad mad when he said this guy could help him on whatever it was?
"No, but seriously tell me your not Roberto's son. Cause you could use the screw! HAHAHA!" Roberto? Daddy? Hey wait a minute! "SHUT UP!" His voice was twitchy from being sick or whatever, anyhow he didn't enjoy the mans humor.
"Anyway, im the man with the mask here to help you finish your mission." "Wow, the help I need is getting rid of you!" The nurse came in and looked at the boy angrily. Then turned the corner to leave. "No one can here or see me knucklehead! HAHAHA! Find the seven emeralds and twist the friendship and fight evil with all the good stuff! See simple mission! To free daddy before destruction kills us all, yet you're the only hope…" The boy not only was stuck with and idiot, he was stuck with a chatter mouth too. What was he to do? "Anyone here for the positive outcome!" Its gonna be a long day…
