Sasuke's pov
I woke up with a small smile in my face as I wrapped my arms tighter around Naruto's waist, but then I frowned as I realized something.
"ummm Naru?...are you…gaining weight?" I said awkwardly as I stared at Naruto's stomach.
"You think I'm fat!" Naruto screamed before bursting into tears, which made my mouth fall open in shock. Naruto never cries. Naruto never cries. Naruto never cries. Naruto never cries!
"Uh…No I don't think you're getting fat…but I think maybe you should lay off the ramen for a while…" I said feeling uncomfortable as Naruto continued to sob into a pillow next to me while still clinging into my arm. Naruto ignored me and made his hands go tighter killing all feelings in my right arm. I bit my lip as the pain was actually starting to get unbearable before trying to pry his fingers off my arms, which made him cry harder.
"You don't love me anymore!" Naruto screamed before getting up and running out the door.
"…Does he realize he's not wearing pants or a shirt?" I asked out loud to no one.

'Okay don't worry Sasuke. He could not have left the village….would he leave the village? No. No. He's not that dumb…is he? Dammit! Where would he be? I checked everywhere! I checked his house, my house, all of our friends house, Iruka's and Kakashi's house, the academy, on top of the Hokage's monument, the forest I even checked outside to the nearest town, I checked everywhere, twice! But I can't find him. Dammit! This is my entire fault. Okay I'm going to check my house one more time; if he's not there I shall notify the Hokage that Naruto is missing.' I told myself before walking back to my house.
'wait a second… that's Naruto's chakra!' I thought before turning to…the hospital?
'Oh no. what if he's hurt!' I ran inside.
"Where's Naruto?" I screamed at the lady in the front desk. She looked at me with a big smile before pointing to a room.
I ran that way but not before hearing her scream out a quick "Congratulations!"
'Congratulations for what? For my boyfriend apparently being admitted to a hospital which he hates?'
"Naruto what's wrong? Are you okay?" I said as soon as I opened the door. I noticed how Tsunade and Shizune were also there. Naruto looked at me before hesitantly smiled. Then he handed me some kind of x-ray thing.
"Oh god it's a tumor isn't it?" I said sadly. Naruto frowned at me.
"You didn't even look at it!" he yelled at me.
"I don't want to look at it! What if it's something horrible!"
"You Teme! There's nothing horrible about them!"
"…Them?" I asked before looking at it. As soon as I looked at it I immediately knew what it was.
"It's a baby. 2 of them!" I said excitedly. Then I sighed in relief and chuckled at my stupidity.
"Thank Kami! I thought you were just eating too much ramen." I said out loud, which was a bad idea.
"TEME!" Naruto screamed before getting up. He had an evil glint in his eye.
"Crap." I said before running out of the hospital with Naruto right behind me screaming about how he was going to disembowel me.
