Author's Note: I was re-reading Pandora Hearts when I noticed that in a scene of Retrace 45, Leo buttons up Elliot's collar for him. Elliot could've done it himself and he didn't ask Leo, Leo just did it of his own accord (making the fangirl in me squee at how familiar they are with each other). It got me thinking about how that habit came about...
His long, graceful fingers accurately marked him as a great pianist—nimble and efficient in every little motion. His hands ran across the ivory, fingers dancing over keys. Everyone at the House of Fianna would listen when he played.
And yet, in spite of his dexterity, Leo's movements were uncharacteristically slow as he fixed Elliot's tie. The Nightray boy pretended not to notice his slight shiver when his servant's fingertips brushed the naked skin of his collarbone before buttoning up his collar. Elliot never said anything, so Leo never asked his master why he wanted his servant to knot his tie for him every morning.
